Dawn Moore

Dawn Moore is a highly experienced Lead Mammographer and Radiographer at Nashville General Hospital @ Meharry, with a career spanning over two decades. Since 2000, responsibilities have included mammography, radiography, CT, DEXA bone density, and stereotactic procedures, alongside overseeing quality control and quality assurance for mammography and DEXA. Dawn holds certifications for MQSA/FDA and ACR in Mammography and participates as a faculty member, clinical instructor, and advisory board member for the NGH School of Radiologic Technology. Additional roles include Co-Chair of the NGH Employee Safety Committee and possessing a Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma. Prior experience includes positions at HCA Southern Hills Hospital and Vanderbilt Hospital Breast Health Center as a PRN Mammographer and Radiographer. Educational credentials include a degree from Nashville General Hospital School of Radiologic Technology and further studies at Western Connecticut State University.
