Elaine Wood has extensive experience in event production and management, currently serving as the Executive Director for "Oh, Elaine!" since November 2010, specializing in special events and consulting. At the Nashville Public Library, Elaine contributes to the Nashville International Puppet Festival, which showcases international puppet troupes. Previously, Elaine coordinated events for ARTDOCS Nashville, focusing on benefits for artists without health insurance, and held roles as an event planner and promoter for ARTDOCS. Elaine's earlier career includes serving as the Director of Chancellor Events at Vanderbilt University, where significant university events were organized in collaboration with Chancellor Gee. Elaine's foundational experience in public relations management spanned a decade with Hard Rock Cafe International. Elaine earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
