Kourtlyn Immel

Kourtlyn Immel is currently serving as Chief of Staff at Nashville Record Pressing since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kourtlyn worked as a House Manager at a private residence from October 2017 to March 2022, and as a Business Development at Aspen Nannies from November 2017 to April 2021. Kourtlyn also has experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at The University of Alabama from June 2016 to May 2017, where they were a student intern coach for the Women's Basketball team. Kourtlyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Performance and Exercise Science from The University of Alabama, earned between 2013 and 2017.
