Nicole Carpenter has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Nicole is currently working as the Associate Director of Digital Marketing at the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp, where they handle email marketing and digital content creation. Prior to that, they worked at the U.S. Travel Association as the Manager of Digital Communications and Communications Coordinator, playing a crucial role in media relations and press releases. Nicole also interned at U.S. Travel as a Communications Intern. Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as a PR Specialist at Innovative Public Relations and served as the Social Media Chair for Phi Sigma Pi National Honor Fraternity. Nicole also worked as a Student Ambassador at the University of Central Missouri. Additionally, they gained experience as a PR Intern at Missouri Sports Holdings and as a Cafe Server at American Girl.
Nicole Carpenter attended the University of Central Missouri from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication. In April 2019, they obtained a certification in Social Media Management from Georgetown University.
