Priscilla Dominguez

Priscilla Dominguez currently serves as a Campus Sourcing Recruiter for Amazon Pathways and works as a consultant for Latinos @Amazon PXT Chapter, focusing on supporting the Latino community within the organization. Since April 2023, Priscilla hosts and produces the podcast "Daughters: An Audio Diary of Daughters Across the World," which addresses themes of parentification and intergenerational trauma. Additionally, Priscilla is involved with Latinas in Tech's Mentorship Program, serves as a Music City Platinum Ambassador for the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp, and mentors students through tnAchieves. Previous roles have included Diversity Recruitment Manager for the NYC Department of Youth & Community Development and various positions within the NYC Department of Education. Priscilla has an extensive educational background, holding multiple degrees in Developmental and Child Psychology, Advertising, and Public Relations from prestigious institutions such as Teachers College, Columbia University, and Syracuse University.
