Michael Mulvenna is an experienced program manager and engineering professional with a strong background in project management, facilities management, and energy optimization. Currently serving as the Program Manager for CFS Alert at Nasittuq Corporation, Michael oversees a wide range of operational requirements and support services. As President of MyExperts.ca, Michael offers expert guidance on projects and energy-related issues for diverse clients. Previous roles include Program Adviser at Natural Resources Canada, Director of Public Works and Facilities for the Town of Greater Napanee, and Regional Facilities and Energy Manager at CBRE. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University, as well as certifications as a Certified Energy Manager and Project Management Professional.

Nasittuq Corporation
Nasittuq Corporation provides in-service support and facility operations and maintenance for the North Warning System. We also have a contract to provide site support and management services for the Ellesmere Island Commercial Support Contract in Alert, Nunavut. Nasittuq's mission is to provide exemplary technical and management services to our Canadian Government customers, while increasing opportunities for Inuit participation as trainees, employees, suppliers and owners. Nasittuq Corporation is a partnership between ATCO Frontec Ltd. and Pan Arctic Inuit Logistics Corporation (PAIL). PAIL is an organization wholly owned by seven shareholder corporations representing Canada’s Inuit community. These organizations Include: Inuvialuit Development Corporation (IDC); Nunasi Corporation; Makivik Corporation; the Nunatsiavut Group of Companies (NGC); Qikiqtaaluk Corporation; Sakku Investments Corporation, and Kitikmeot Corporation. PAIL’s first initiative was to pursue the award of the North Warning System operations and maintenance contract through a Joint Venture with ATCO Frontec.
