Harald Naess

Harald Naess currently serves as the Head of Advisory at the National Cyber Security Center within Nasjonal sikkerhetsmyndighet since December 2019. With a robust background in technology and leadership, Naess has held various significant roles including Member of the Board at Kirkepartner IKT and Head of Delivery at Tieto. Previous positions include Chairman at FinansNett Norge AS, CIO/CTO at VPS ASA, and CIO at Oslo Børs, amongst others. Naess's education encompasses a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Oslo and an Engineer's degree in Electronics/Telecommunications from the Oslo School of Engineering, along with a PRINCE2 Certification from Holte Academy.
