Katharine Graf is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at NASK Incorporated since April 2022, where responsibilities include consulting with Senior Leadership on various HR activities encompassing employee relations, talent management, and compliance, among others. Prior to this role, Katharine held multiple positions at NS2 Mission from June 2016 to April 2022, advancing from HR Assistant to Chief of Staff, providing operational management and HR consultation. Previous experience includes roles at George Mason University, overseeing facilities management and event supervision, as well as an educational background with a Bachelor’s Degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University and additional studies at the University of Galway.
