Susan Martin

Susan Martin is a Shareholder at Nason, Yeager, Gerson, Harris & Fumero P.A. where Susan represents public and private sector clients in Florida on various environmental, water, governmental, land use/development, and regulatory law matters. Prior to this role, Susan served as a Practice Expert Attorney at South Florida Water Management District for over 25 years, specializing in negotiation, drafting agreements, litigation, and expertise in water quality, quantity, and environmental issues. Additionally, Susan worked as a Corporate Attorney & Lobbyist at Florida Power & Light Company, handling civil court cases, negotiations, and legislative matters. Susan holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida, a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Florida Atlantic University.
