RG France is the current Associate Superintendent for Curriculum, Instruction & Educational Services at Nassau BOCES. Before that, they were an Educational Sales Representative for Pearson Longman from April 2004 to August 2007, selling ESL textbooks to all secondary, college, and adult education programs in New York. Prior to that, they were an Educational Sales Representative for Holt, Rinehart & Winston from January 1999 to April 2004, selling secondary textbooks to all public and private secondary schools in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens, New York.

Before working in sales, RG France was a teacher. RG was an English/Special Education Teacher at Hewlett Woodmere Union Free School District from September 1997 to June 1998. RG then became a Learning Specialist at Adelphi University from January 1994 to August 1997. RG's first teaching position was as a Special Education Teacher at the NYC Department of Education from September 1992 to January 1994.

RG France has a Master of Science in Special Education from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Stony Brook University.

Susan McNulty - Executive Director, Special Education, Carla Theodorou - Executive Director, Regional Schools & Instructional Programs, and Laverne Mitchell - Associate Director, Curriculum report to RG France.
