Jonathan Fellman

Jonathan Fellman has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jonathan most recently held the position of Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets & Structuring at Nassau Financial Group starting in November 2022. Before that, they worked at HSBC as a Managing Director from August 2017 to December 2022. Prior to HSBC, Jonathan worked at UBS as a Managing Director from 2005 to July 2017. Jonathan also gained experience as a Trader at Parallax Fund from 2003 to 2005 and as a Vice President at First Chicago from 1997 to 2003. Jonathan began their career as a Lawyer-Associate at Kutak Rock from 1995 to 1997.

Jonathan Fellman's education history begins in 1988 when they enrolled at Colgate University. Jonathan completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree at Colgate in 1992. Afterward, in 1992, they joined Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law to pursue a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from which they completed in 1995. Later, they attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management for their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, which they completed in 2001.
