Doug Siegenthaler

Doug Siegenthaler has diverse work experience in the insurance and software development industries. Doug started their career at Phoenix Life Insurance Company in 1995 as a Litigation Service Representative, handling various litigation-related tasks. Doug later transitioned to the role of Variable Life Representative before becoming a Senior Trainer, where they trained employees on life insurance and annuity products and assisted in co-locating processing functions to India.

In 2009, Doug joined ComputerWorks, Inc. as a Trainer, Business Analyst, and Technical Support, where they provided training and technical support for software users. Doug developed training programs and facilitated the conversion of software from Lotus Notes to a web-based platform.

Since 2014, Doug has been working at Nassau Financial Group as a Senior Business Operations Analyst and currently as the Director of Data Analytics. In these roles, they have been responsible for analyzing data and making strategic recommendations. Doug has also been involved in gathering requirements, documenting system specifications, and assisting in the conversion of policies.

Throughout their career, Doug has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and performance.

Doug Siegenthaler completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Ithaca College, where they studied from 1988 to 1992.
