Jessica Fayle

Jessica Fayle has held various positions throughout their career. Jessica is currently working as the Community Engagement and Communications Manager at Nassau Financial Group since October 2020. Before that, they were the Founder and Owner of Petal Power CT from July 2016. Jessica also served as the Program Manager at Launc[H]artford from January 2019 to October 2020. Prior to that, they held roles at Trinity College - Hartford, including Associate Director of Alumni Relations from February 2016 to January 2019, and Meeting Planner for the International Robot Contest from November 2007 to May 2018. Jessica began their career as the Director of Membership and Convention Services at Connecticut Convention & Sports Bureau (CTCSB) in February 2008 and held that position until February 2016.

Jessica Fayle completed their education at the CSB Media Arts Center in 2024, focusing on broadcast media. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing/Advertising from Eastern Connecticut State University, where they were enrolled from 1998 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jessica obtained a Certified Meeting Professional certification from the Convention Industry Council in December 2013.
