Joleen Speight

Joleen Speight has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Joleen held multiple leadership roles at Nassau Financial Group, including Vice President of Strategic Projects, where they supported corporate development initiatives and M&A deals. Joleen also led planning and execution for large scale strategic projects with cross-functional teams. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Finance at Nassau Financial Group.

Before joining Nassau Financial Group, Joleen worked at Phoenix, A Nassau Re Company, where they served as the Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office for four years. Joleen also worked at The Phoenix Companies, Inc., where they held various roles, including 2VP of the Enterprise Project Office and Product & Regulatory Compliance, 2VP of Strategic Program Manager, and Assistant Vice President of Product Delivery Manager.

Joleen's early experience includes a role as 2VP of Life & Annuity Chief of Staff at The Phoenix Companies. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in project management, strategic planning, and financial management throughout their career.

Joleen Speight received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Management from The American College of Financial Services, without specifying the exact dates. In 2018, Joleen also obtained a certification as a Certified Lacrosse Referee from the CONNECTICUT WOMENS LACROSSE OFFICIALS ASSOCIATION INC.
