Lee Dodson

Lee Dodson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, development, and leadership across various sectors, particularly in aviation and marine environments. Currently serving as Vice President and Strategic Projects Leader at Volatus Aerospace since October 2020, Lee previously held the title of Chief Executive Officer at SKYGATE Drone Services & Video Productions Inc. and worked at Oceaneering as Regional Training Manager for the Africa/Middle East Region, where Lee focused on HSE standards and talent development. Other roles include Senior ROV Instructor and ROV Supervisor at Oceaneering, Service Manager & Technical Director at ElectroMed, and Offshore Technical Support Engineer at Jewel Marine Services SL. Lee began a career in marine electronics as a Senior Marine Electronic Engineer at Marconi Electronic Systems Limited, following a degree in Marine Electronic Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
