Aparna Rao

Aparna Rao is an accomplished professional currently serving as VP & Site Lead at Cencora in India since September 2024. Aparna is also actively involved as a member of the Nasscom GCC Council for the Karnataka chapter and the AMCHAM GCC Committee since June 2023. Prior to Cencora, Aparna held the position of Country Head & Board member at Cargill from April 2023 to August 2024, overseeing a team of over 4,000 in various service areas. With prior experience as Head of Bayer GBS India and significant roles at Monsanto Company, TESCO, and Hewlett-Packard, Aparna has a strong background in shared services, process management, and operations across multiple countries. Educational qualifications include ACMA in Cost Accountancy, an Advanced Diploma in Global Business Services from CIMA Hackett, and a Bachelor of Commerce from Bangalore University.
