Emily Carlucci Cody has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Emily started their career at WRAL-TV as a Producer from 2005 to 2008. Emily then moved to NECN as a Producer from 2009 to 2010. Following that, they worked at Cone Communications as a Senior Account Executive from 2010 to 2014. At Cone, they showcased their skills in developing and executing impactful traditional and social media campaigns. Emily then joined Cone as the Vice President of Human Resources from 2014 to 2019. In this role, they provided strategic recommendations and guidance to the Executive Leadership Team and championed a positive company culture. Emily then transitioned to WordStream as the Director of People Success from 2019 to 2021, where they helped SMBs succeed in their digital marketing efforts. Emily subsequently joined Gong as the Director of Employee Communications from 2021 to 2022, where they contributed to unlocking reality to help people and companies reach their full potential. Currently, they serve as the Director of People Operations at Nasuni, a leading file data services company that helps businesses create a secure file data cloud for digital transformation and global growth.
Emily Carlucci Cody has a Bachelor of Arts degree from North Carolina State University, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. In 2016 to 2017, they pursued a Master Certificate in Human Resource Management at Villanova University. Emily also has a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, which they received in 2019. In 2021, they obtained a Life Coaching Certificate from The Academy of Modern Psychology.
