James Lemonias

James Lemonias is SVP of Customer Success at Nasuni, leading the Customer Success, Services and Support, and Customer Operations teams. Prior to Nasuni, James led Customer Success and Support at Bottomline Technologies for their high-growth product line, as they grew to $700M in revenue. Prior to that, James spent 6 years at Carbonite, a leading cloud backup and data protection company. He built their first Customer Success and Account Management teams and integrated multiple teams from acquisitions as Carbonite grew from $100M to $500M in revenue.
