Lewis Akers

Lewis Akers is currently serving as an Organiser for NASUWT since May 2023, supporting colleagues in delivering programs of activity. Prior to this, Lewis worked as an Individual Cases Officer for Nationwide Group Staff Union and held various roles at Nationwide Building Society. Lewis also has experience as a Research Intern at Common Weal Scotland. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Glasgow Caledonian University and a Higher National Diploma in Social Sciences from Fife College.
