Michael Anto, PHR, SHRM-CP, has over 20 years of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources for the National Athletic Trainers' Association since June 2010. Prior roles include Human Resources Generalist at SS&G Financial Services, Inc., where Michael created an orientation website that reduced costs and was involved in extensive recruiting efforts. Michael also held the position of Operations Manager at Tops Friendly Markets, leading recruitment, training, and performance evaluation initiatives for new store openings. Additional experience includes serving as University Relations Coordinator at Ericsson, managing university partnerships for recruitment, and an early career as Assistant Service Manager at Tom Thumb, focusing on training and performance evaluation. Michael holds education credentials from The University of Texas at Dallas and Plano Senior High School.
