Emilija Ivanova

Emilija Ivanova has been working in the scientific field since 2011. Emilija began their career as a Scientific Researcher at Intrinsic Bioprobes, Inc. in 2011. In 2014, they became a Microbiology Teaching Assistant at Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje. In 2016, they changed roles and became a Researcher at Granit Construction Stock A.D., where they were responsible for quality control and assurance of construction materials, assessment of methods and materials, and implementation of European construction standards. In 2017, they moved to Natac as a Senior Scientific Researcher, where they focus on bioactive compounds with health beneficial effects, their isolation, characterization and activity identification.

Emilija Ivanova's education history includes a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in Molecular Biosciences from 2018 to 2021, a Master of Science - MS from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje in Biochemistry/Physiology from 2013 to 2015, a Microbiology course from the Universidad de Granada from 2013 to 2014, and a Bachelor of Science - BS from Univerzitet 'Sv. Kiril i Metódij' vo Skopje in Analytical Biochemistry from 2004 to 2010.
