Armen Harutyunyan

Armen Harutyunyan is a highly experienced electrical engineer with extensive expertise in analog and mixed-signal design, particularly in mm-wave transceiver systems and communication technologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scientific Researcher at Technische Universität Dresden, Armen focuses on mm-Wave Transceiver System Design and integrated solutions for 5G NR. Prior roles include Scientific Researcher at Fraunhofer IPMS, where work involved mm-wave RFID systems and component design, and positions at Infineon Technologies and Intel Corporation, encompassing various analog design responsibilities and system-level design. Armen holds a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Technische Universität Dresden and advanced degrees from the State Engineering University of Armenia.
