Christelle Fakhoury

Christelle Fakhoury is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational transformation and development, currently serving as a Business Coach at Escalate since January 2020. In addition to this role, Christelle is the Chief of Staff at NaTakallam, where efforts are focused on providing technological solutions for displaced individuals. Previous experience includes serving as People and Operations Lead at Bloom EMEA, where Christelle implemented organizational structures and enhanced internal processes across departments. As Co-Founder and COO of Jaleesa, a trusted marketplace for childcare, and as Co-Founder and General Manager of C2C, which specializes in children's playgrounds and events, Christelle demonstrated strong entrepreneurial leadership. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Information and Communication and a Bachelor's in International Relations and Affairs, both from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
