Dr. Pavan Bhat

Dr. Pavan Bhat, MBA, currently serves as the Executive Director and is a Board member at NATCO Pharma, where responsibilities include overseeing R&D, Development QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Intellectual Property related to generics and novel drug delivery systems. With extensive experience at Mylan, roles ranged from Senior Vice President to various leadership positions in external R&D and business development over a span of nearly two decades. Additionally, Dr. Bhat contributes to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at West Virginia University's School of Pharmacy. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Iowa, an MBA, and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Duquesne University, alongside a B. Pharm from Bombay College of Pharmacy, University of Mumbai.
