Rena Doukaki

Rena Doukaki is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in people and culture leadership across diverse industries and countries. Currently serving as Chief People and Culture Officer at Natech since September 2022, Rena has previously held strategic positions at organizations such as Polygreen, STOP SA, and Save the Children International. Rena's expertise includes establishing HR departments, enhancing employer branding, driving organizational change, and improving employee satisfaction and performance across multiple countries including Greece, the Netherlands, Romania, and Bulgaria. Rena holds a Master's in Human Resource Development from the University of Stirling and a Bachelor's degree in International Business Administration from Northumbria University.
