Jozef Biacovsky

Jozef Biacovsky is an experienced Service Delivery Manager at NATEK since June 2017, overseeing the largest Delivery Centre and leading multiple accounts by managing and refining service delivery processes, driving client satisfaction, and fostering internal collaboration. Jozef has held leadership roles, including Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing a team of Project Implementation Managers, monitoring performance, and facilitating training. Prior to NATEK, Jozef gained extensive retail management experience as Store Manager at Aldi UK and Assistant Store Manager at 99P Stores Ltd, focusing on operational excellence, staff development, and customer satisfaction. Jozef also holds educational credentials from the Technical University of Košice.
