Roman Suchocki started their work experience in 2015 as a Hardware Development Engineer at Sauka by. In 2017, they worked as a Software Developer at Tehnotronik, where they remotely developed and supported a border violation control application. Later in 2017, they joined Diebold Nixdorf and held multiple roles, including L1 Support Specialist, L2 Application Support Specialist (RU Team), and L2 Application Support Specialist (GL Team). In these roles, they provided technical support, diagnosed and resolved hardware and software issues, supported POS applications, managed databases, developed scripts, and provided on-call support for field service technicians. Roman then joined Ivanti in 2019 as a Technical Support Engineer. In this role, they provided technical support for customers, researched and resolved complex issues, and delivered excellent customer assistance. Roman is currently working at NATEK as a Business Process Developer since 2021.
Roman Suchocki received a Bachelor's degree in Computers, computer systems, and networks from Brest State Technical University, where they studied from 2011 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including the Google Cloud Skills Boost from Google in November 2021, the First Look: Rust certification from LinkedIn in July 2021, the Learning Python certification from LinkedIn in May 2021, the Certified Administrator for Ivanti Service Manager certification from Ivanti in August 2019, and the Integration Engineer Certificate of Completion, Platform Administrator Certificate of Completion, and Workflow Engineer Certification of Completion from Collibra in August 2021.
