Weronika Reniszyn

Weronika Reniszyn has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Weronika currently works at NATEK as an Employer Branding Specialist, starting in February 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Divante from 2020 to 2022, where they held the position of Employee Engagement Specialist. In this role, Weronika successfully implemented various employee benefits, managed satisfaction surveys, and organized holiday celebrations. Weronika also designed welcome and seasonal packs for employees. Before their role as an Employee Engagement Specialist, they worked as an HR Specialist at Divante from 2017 to 2019. In this role, Weronika was responsible for the recruitment process, onboarding, and organizing integration activities. In addition, they handled various CSR activities and organized holiday celebrations. Weronika also gained experience as an HR Intern at KRUK S.A. in 2017.

Weronika Reniszyn completed their education at the University of Wroclaw from 2011 to 2016. During this period, they pursued a degree in International Relations, earning the title of Magister (Mgr).
