Golshid Baharian

Golshid Baharian, Ph.D., currently serves as Lead Data Scientist at Natera, having progressed through roles as Senior Data Scientist and Data Scientist since September 2018. Prior to Natera, Golshid was a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Bioinformatics at CHU Sainte-Justine Research Centre from September 2014 to August 2017, focusing on statistical genomics and computational biology. Golshid’s experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant role at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2007 to August 2014, emphasizing applied statistics and stochastic optimization, along with contributions in queuing analysis and mathematical modeling. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a B.Sc. in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Tehran.
