Christy Chapman

Christy Chapman is an experienced Registered Nurse with a focus on providing end-of-life care at Nathan Adelson Hospice since September 2012, where the role includes delivering physical, spiritual, and emotional support to patients and families in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Previously, Christy served as a Medical Surgical/Telemetry RN at UHS from November 2009 to June 2012, and as a Staff RN at West Hills Hospital and Medical Center from February 2007 to July 2009. Christy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Science from Western Governors University, attained between 2015 and 2016, and an Associate of Nursing Science from Moorpark College, completed between 2004 and 2006.
