William N.

William N. has over 10 years of experience in the logistics industry. William began their career in 2010 as a Transportation Supervisor at GEODIS. In 2012, they moved to FLSmidth as a Logistics Analyst, where they were responsible for the transportation planning and execution of oversize/heavy haul equipment projects. In 2014, they became Logistics Supervisor at Just Born, Inc., where they managed the logistics team and reduced inventory monitoring and system error processing time by 40%. In 2018, they were appointed Director of Supply Chain and Transportation at Factory LLC, where they were responsible for strategic direction and operations execution of inventory planning, warehouse, transportation, procurement, e-commerce fulfillment, and customer service functions. Most recently, in 2021, they became Director of Logistics at Nathan James, where they are responsible for the global and domestic transportation network, order fulfillment, last mile freight, and delivery management.

William N. attended Allentown Central Catholic High School from 2001 to 2005. William then went on to Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from 2006 to 2011. In 2017, they obtained a Supply Chain Management Certificate from Lehigh University.
