Brian Guzy has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Brian began their career at Fidelity Investments as a Retirement Planning Administrator in 1988. Brian then moved on to Prudential Financial as a Mortgage Backed Securities Risk Accountant from 1989 to 1993. Brian then worked at Lehman Brothers as a VP MBS Trading and Risk for three years before joining CS First Boston as a Fixed Income Trading and Risk Analysis professional. In 2005, they established their own company, BSG Investments, where they served as the Owner until 2014.
Brian's career then transitioned into the healthcare sector, where they worked at Bassett Healthcare Network as a Physician Practice Analyst from 2014 to 2015. Brian subsequently became an LSS Specialist for Operations Excellence, followed by the role of Director of Operational Excellence from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, Brian joined St. Peter's Health Partners as a Sr. Performance Excellence Consultant until 2022.
Currently, Brian is Vice President of Operations at Nathan Littauer Hospital & Nursing Home, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Performance Excellence for the organization from August 2022 to July 2023.
Beyond their professional career, Brian has also made contributions through their nonprofit organization, Achieve with Chess, which teaches children the game of chess and helps them develop important life skills.
