Devjit Roy

Devjit Roy has an extensive work experience in the medical field. Devjit currently holds the position of Chief Medical Officer at Nathan Littauer Hospital & Nursing Home, where they have been working since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief of Medicine at the same institution from June 2021 to August 2023.

Devjit also worked at SCP Health as a Hospitalist and Medical Director starting from January 2021. Additionally, they were a Medical Director at Biotech Support Group since June 2015.

Devjit has academic experience as well, serving as an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine from July 2020 to August 2021 and as an Adjunct Professor at Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine from May 2019 to August 2021.

Devjit'sprevious roles include working as a Hospitalist at Sound Physicians from August 2015 to March 2021 and as an Attending Physician at Highland Medical, P.C. from April 2020 to January 2021.

Devjit Roy completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Rutgers University between 2001 and 2005. Following this, from 2008 to 2012, they pursued a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) degree at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. Devjit then enrolled at the University of Wyoming for a Residency between 2012 and 2015. Devjit later attended the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, earning a Master's degree in Population Health from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Devjit is undertaking a Master's degree in Palliative Care at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, which they started in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2022. Moreover, they are also pursuing a Fellowship in Palliative Medicine at the same institution, beginning in 2021.
