Kieran Holmes

Kieran Holmes is a seasoned tax administration expert with extensive experience in revenue mobilization across Africa. Currently serving as the Chief of Party for the Domestic Revenue Mobilization for Development Project in Uganda at Nathan Associates since January 2020, Kieran previously held the position of Tax Administration Expert at kieranholmes.com from February 2017 to January 2020. Earlier career highlights include leading the Tax, Audit and Transparency Project for the Department for International Development in Ethiopia, serving as Commissioner General of the Office Burundais des Recettes, and managing the Revenue Assistance Project in Lesotho. Kieran holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Trinity College Dublin.
