Nisha Yadav

Nisha Yadav has worked in the Human Resources field since 2005. Nisha began their career as an HR Trainee at Sampoorna Computer People in 2005. Nisha then moved to Naukriguru.com in 2006 as a Senior HR Associate. In 2007, they joined Mann-India Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as an Assistant Manager of HR, where they were responsible for independently handling all HR activities, employee orientation, employee relations, employee engagement and retention, generating reports and managing the database, HR operations, and compensation and benefits. Finally, in 2016, they joined NathCorp Inc. as a Senior HR Manager.

Nisha Yadav completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) and a Post Graduate Diploma in International Business Operation (PGDIBO). Nisha also completed an Advance Program Human Resources Management (APHRM) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow in 2015 and a Six Sigma from IIT in 2013.
