Dr. Shubnum Singh is an esteemed healthcare professional serving as Principal Policy Advisor for Health at the Confederation of Indian Industry since 2008. As a founder member of Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., Dr. Singh has substantially contributed to business strategy, physician engagement, and marketing. A key figure in healthcare skill development, Dr. Singh founded the Healthcare Sector Skill Council, promoting vocational education in Allied Healthcare.
