Ben Larue

Ben LaRue is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a diverse background in curriculum design, training solutions, and multimedia development. Currently serving as Learning and Development Lead at NRUCFC since August 2025, Ben previously worked as Learning and Development Manager at rand* construction corporation, where responsibilities included identifying training needs and creating courses for rand* University. Ben's tenure at IBM spanned from October 2018 to April 2024, with roles as Curriculum Leader and Lab Development Leader, focusing on course content related to emerging technologies.
