Heather Aquilino

Heather Aquilino, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across several organizations. Since November 2021, Heather has served as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, where responsibilities include designing and administering competitive employee benefits programs. Prior to this role, Heather spent over five years as a Human Resources Generalist at Congressional Federal Credit Union, managing the recruiting process and maintaining documentation. Earlier experience includes processing payroll at Rappaport and organizing events at the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America. Heather earned a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from James Madison University.
