Kris Dolan

Kris Dolan currently serves as Regional Vice President and Senior Financial and Industry Consultant at the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation, a position held since 2023. Prior experience includes serving as President & Chief Executive Officer at Wild Rice Electric Cooperative Inc. from 2020 to 2022, and as CEO at Runestone Electric Association from 2015 to 2020. Kris Dolan also held the role of Manager of Finance & Membership Services at Meeker Cooperative Light & Power Association from 2003 to 2015, and worked as a Special Project Analyst at Wright-Hennepin Cooperative Electric Association from 1999 to 2003. Educational accomplishments include a Graduate degree from the NRECA Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Southwest Minnesota State University.
