Traci McCubbin

Traci McCubbin is an experienced professional in educational support, workforce development, and community programming. Currently serving as the Founder of The Mindful Squirrel, LLC and a Mindfulness Coach since January 2023, Traci also holds the position of Farm Educator at Natick Community Organic Farm Inc. Prior roles include Outdoor Preschool Teacher at Boston Outside Preschool Network and a significant tenure at Merrimack College, where Traci progressed from Academic Success Coach and Learning Specialist to Director of the Promise Program. Earlier experience includes program coordination and curriculum development at the Cambridge Housing Authority and Lawrence CommunityWorks, Inc., as well as roles focused on immigration services and job placement for refugees. Traci holds a Master's degree in Community Development and Planning from Clark University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing from the University of Dayton.
