Gareth Nicholson has over 15 years of experience in voice engineering and contact center solutions. Currently, at Natilik since September 2018, Gareth serves as a Solutions Architect and previously held the position of Contact Centre Engineer. Prior roles include Lead Voice Engineer at Capital One from April 2013 to August 2018, where Gareth focused on the technical analysis and design of voice infrastructure. Other notable positions include Voice + Network Specialist at nscglobal, Voice Engineer at AT&T, and Voice Engineer at Capital One, as well as roles at Produban and Abbey. Throughout the career, Gareth has demonstrated expertise in managing network and local call routing, as well as delivering successful engineering projects.
