Jon Borowka

Jon Borowka has several years of work experience in various roles within the customer service and operations departments.

In 2002, they worked as a Customer Service Manager at McGraw Communications until 2006 when they joined BT for Financial Services as a Client Services Director.

In 2012, Jon became the President of Cydonian Management Corp (BPO), where they successfully launched and grew a global team of 500 customer service and back-office professionals.
