Alice Modena

Alice Modena is currently a Project Manager at Nationaal Archief since October 2023. Previously, Alice served as Deputy Director at EuroClio - European Association of History Educators from September 2018 to October 2023, managing various projects aimed at promoting quality and innovative history education, including initiatives such as Learning to Disagree and Remembrance Education for Thinking Critically. Earlier roles included Project Manager and Professional Development Coordinator at EuroClio, as well as Junior Project Manager and Trainee with responsibilities in project, event management, and fundraising. Alice's educational background includes a master of arts degree in Human Rights and Multi-level Governance from Università degli Studi di Padova and a Master in Global Marketing, Communication and Made in Italy from Centro Studi Comunicare l'Impresa. Alice also holds a degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in Political Science.
