National Ability Center
Lanae Mass has a diverse background in customer service and hospitality, currently serving as Group Reservations Coordinator at the National Ability Center since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist at Backstreet Surveillance Inc., a Bay Host at Topgolf, and a Sales Associate at Beaches Tanning Center, showcasing a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and efficient service.
