Nikki Cagle

Nikki Cagle has extensive experience in career coaching and data analysis, currently serving as a WIOA Career Coach, Office Manager, and Resource Center Assistant at National Able Network since 2014. Responsibilities include counseling individuals on the WIOA vocational training process, maintaining customer interaction records, leading training workshops, and building relationships with peers and organizations. Prior to this role, Nikki worked at PepsiCo from 1989 to 2012, where positions included Data Analyst and Senior Computer Application Specialist, involving project management, client training, and facilitation of system implementations. Nikki holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from DeVry University and has additional educational experiences from Microtrain Technologies, Purdue University, and Aquinas Dominican.
