Erik Nelson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, technology, and non-profit leadership. Currently serving as Director for both Minnesota High School Quiz Bowl Inc. and the Bounceback Foundation, Erik guides financial and operational decisions focused on mental health awareness and suicide prevention. As President and Chief Editor of Play Quiz Bowl LLC, Erik oversees the creation of quiz questions and the organization of tournaments, including the ACRONYM pop culture tournament. Erik's extensive technical experience includes roles as a Technician at MyTelepath, Writer and Editor for National Academic Quiz Tournaments, and Desktop Support Technician at IBM/Ameriprise Financial. Prior professional experiences include work as a Geek Squad Counter Intelligence Agent at Best Buy and a Teacher's Assistant at Brown College.
