تأسست الأكاديمية الوطنية لتنمية الطفولة في عام 2023 تجسيداً لرؤية القيادة الرشيدة للارتقاء بقطاع تنمية الطفولة وتتويجاً لجهود هيئة أبوظبي للطفولة المبكرة في هذا المجال. وتهدف الأكاديمية إلى تنمية قدرات العاملين ومقدّمي الرعاية في مجال الطفولة، للفئة العمرية من الولادة حتى 18 سنة، مع التركيز على اللغة العربية والهوية الوطنية وتعزيزهما. كما تُقدّم الأكاديمية برنامج الدبلوم المهني لتنمية الطفولة، المعتمد من المركز الوطني للمؤهلات، ومدته 18 شهراً، بالإضافة إلى برامج التدريب والتعليم المستمر في مجالات أساسية مثل الوالدية الإيجابية، وحماية الطفل، وصحته، وتغذيته، وتعليمه، والتدخل المبكر، ودعم الأسر وأفراد المجتمع. زروا موقعنا الإلكتروني للاطلاع على المزيد من المعلومات nacd.ac.ae Established in 2023 under Law No. 11 issued by H.H. Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE and Ruler of Abu Dhabi, the National Academy for Childhood Development (NACD) is committed to advancing the capabilities of professionals and caregivers, including parents, in the field of childhood development. Our mission centers on promoting the Arabic language and preserving the national identity. The Academy currently offers an 18-month professional diploma program in Childhood Development, accredited by the National Qualifications Centre. As we continue to grow, NACD will soon introduce specialized short courses to equip parents, caregivers, and educators with the essential skills to nurture future generations.
