Shaikha al Nuwais

Shaikha Al Nuwais is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in partnerships and business development, currently serving as a Senior Specialist at the National Academy for Childhood Development since September 2025. As the Founder of Shaksy Fashion since May 2020, Shaikha demonstrates entrepreneurial leadership. Previous roles include Senior Specialist in Sponsorship & Relations at Abu Dhabi Pension Fund, and Strategic Partnerships Senior Specialist at Abu Dhabi Social Support Authority. Shaikha’s career also includes significant contributions to NAFIS UAE in establishing the Strategic Communication section, as well as holding positions at ADNOC Group and the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development. Shaikha began in the industry with a focus on product management during a comprehensive graduate program at Etihad Airways, following academic achievements with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Higher Diploma in Marketing from the Higher Colleges of Technology.
