National Academy for Social Prescribing
Dr. Radha Modgil is a distinguished medical expert and broadcaster with extensive experience in media and health education. Currently serving as a broadcaster for BBC Radio 1's Life Hacks and BBC 5 Live's Mental Health Clinic, Radha has also presented the CBeebies show Feeling Better and contributed as a medical expert for Channel 4's The Sex Education Show. As a member of the Board of Trustees for Action for Happiness, Radha promotes kindness and well-being. Additionally, Radha hosts the podcast ‘Things I Forgot Were Good For Me’ and authored the book ‘Know Your Own Power,’ available across multiple platforms. Radha holds notable advisory roles in organizations such as the National Academy for Social Prescribing and the What Works Centre for Wellbeing, and continues to contribute to the NHS as a GP Appraiser. Educational qualifications include an MBBS from Imperial College London and an MA in Medicine from the University of Cambridge.
