Roscoe has extensive experience in the fields of arbitration and mediation, serving as an Arbitrator and Mediator at JAMS, the Resolution Experts, since December 1987, and as an International Arbitrator and Mediator with JAMS International since September 2011. Roscoe is a distinguished member of several professional organizations, including the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, CPR Institute, and IMI - International Mediation Institute. Additionally, Roscoe has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at George Washington University and Georgetown University Law Center. Educational qualifications include an A.B. in International Relations, Political Science, and German from Colgate University, as well as a JD from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
